Ladies Night Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The Ladies Night promotion at FreeRoll Sports Bar and Restaurant ("the Bar") is valid every Saturday from 6pm to 9pm.
2. The promotion may be terminated at any time, subject to the availability of stock. The selection of drinks included in the promotion is determined by the Bar and is subject to change without prior notice.
3. Each customer participating in the promotion is entitled to a maximum of four (4) drinks per night. However, the Bar reserves the right to grant additional drinks at its discretion.
4. Responsible drinking is mandatory. The Bar encourages all customers to drink responsibly and reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears to be intoxicated.
5. The promotion is exclusively for groups of ladies. A group is defined as two (2) or more female customers. Male customers or mixed-gender groups are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
6. The Bar reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
7. Participation in the Ladies Night promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
8. The Bar is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the promotion.
9. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the management of the Bar, and their decision shall be final.
10. By participating in the Ladies Night promotion, customers agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Bar.
11. The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless expressly stated by the Bar.
12. The Bar reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group that violates these terms and conditions or engages in disruptive behavior.
13. Customers must be of legal drinking age to participate in the promotion.
14. All other standard terms and conditions of the Bar apply to the Ladies Night promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
15. In the event of any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and any promotional materials, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
16. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Thailand, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Thai law.
