Terms of use

This website is operated by DeveloperData.net ("Developer Data", "we"), Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

What this website is

This website tells you about Freerolls, a restaurant and sports bar in Chiang Mai: the menu, opening hours, drinks offers, the games on our screens, and how to reach us. Using it is free. By using it you accept these terms.

Prices, offers and opening hours

Prices and offers on this website are taken from our till and are kept up to date, but the price charged in the bar or on Grab is the one that applies. Offers, opening hours and the kitchen's last orders can change, including on public holidays and days when Thai law stops alcohol sales.

Alcohol

Alcohol is sold only to people aged 20 or over, as Thai law requires, and only in the hours the law allows. Our team may ask for identification and may refuse service.

Live sports and TV channels

The kick-off times and TV channels on the Today page come from public listings and sports data. Broadcasters change their plans, and games are moved or called off, so we cannot promise that a game will be shown. Ask the bar if you are coming in for a particular game.

Grab orders

Orders placed through the Grab app are made with Grab and are covered by Grab's own terms. Questions about a Grab order can still come to us through our support page.

Messages you send us

When you send us a message through the support page, please give a real email address so we can answer. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive or that belongs to someone else. How we handle what you send is in our privacy notice.

Our content

The words, photos and logo on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy our content to use elsewhere without asking us first.

Other websites

We link to other websites, such as Grab, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. We do not run them and are not responsible for them.

Liability

We take care that this website is accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and we are not liable for any loss caused by relying on it, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
