Privacy notice

The operator and data controller for this website is DeveloperData.net (Developer Data), Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. Contact: [email protected].

We handle personal data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This website has no accounts and no sign-in, so we keep very little.

What we collect

• Visits. When you open a page we record the page, the time, the website that sent you, your browser's user agent, your IP address and the country it is in. We use this to see how the site is used, to keep it running and to stop abuse.
• Messages. When you send us a message through the support page, we keep your name, email address and what you wrote, so we can answer and keep the conversation together.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who else handles it

• Our hosting and support system, run for us, keeps the visit records and messages.
• Cloudflare sits in front of this website to keep it fast and safe, and sees each request.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts on our pages, so your browser asks Google for them.
• Email we send you about your message goes through our email provider.

Links to Grab, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy notices.

How long we keep it

Visit records are kept for up to 13 months. Messages are kept for as long as they are needed to deal with what you asked, and then for up to two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop using it. Send us a message or write to [email protected], and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
